What to Expect

The Corsham Practice hosts weekly Relaxation Sessions that provide more than just a moment of peace; they are a great way to unwind and rebalance for the rest of the week ahead. In an ever-chaotic world, they allow you some breathing room to help you reduce the 'emotional bucket' of daily tension, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and more in control.

Simply lie down and get comfy, close your eyes and relax as I take you on a journey using beautiful guided imagery to help your mind unwind. You’ll feel your stress melt away and a sense of calm confidence will grow in its place. It’s a great way to start your week and when life gets busy, it’s so important to make time for yourself – you truly deserve it.

Session Prices:

£8 per session if you pay as you go, or

£35 for a block of 5 sessions (so just £7 per session)

Monday evenings from the comfort of your own home.

Online sessions open at 8.45pm, so relaxation can start promptly at 9pm, ending at 9.30pm.

Please ensure you have a good wifi connection and can sit or lie somewhere comfortable, where you can listen undisturbed.

Tuesday evenings in central Corsham, free parking available.

Arrive from 8pm, relaxation starts promptly at 8.15pm and ends at 8.45pm. 

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters will be available, but feel free to bring your own pillow or additional yoga mat to increase your comfort.
