Hypnobirthing Courses
For over 30 years, Hypnobirthing has been transforming the birth experiences of couples around the globe. Educating and reducing the fear that so often comes with the idea of childbirth, you will learn evidence-based, proven tools and techniques to help you enjoy your birthing experience, no matter how or where your baby is born.

Course Information
If you have never done Hypnobirthing before, the full course is split into 5 x 2.5 hour classes.
The classes are ideally attended by the pregnant mum and her husband, partner or chosen birth companion.
The ideal time to start the course is around 20-30 weeks pregnant, so that you have enough time to practice the techniques, but you are welcome to start sooner or later as you prefer. And it’s never too late - if you are over 34 weeks pregnant, simply contact me to arrange suitable dates to cover all the course essentials in time.
Group classes run from 7.00pm-9.30pm, generally on Sunday evenings. Private courses are also available on dates/times that suit you best, in the comfort of your own home.
Group courses are held in small sessions (4 couples maximum per group) in Corsham, Wiltshire.

Hypnobirthing Course Fees
All courses with Sacha at The Corsham Practice include the following:

Up to 12.5 hours comprehensive tuition with a dedicated and experienced teacher

The Hypnobirthing Book – your official companion to a better birth experience

Relaxation and Positive Affirmations for Birth tracks plus bonus tracks to support you further throughout the course and beyond as necessary

A comprehensive folder of handouts and supporting documents

My full support throughout the rest of your pregnancy, helping you navigate any decisions along the way with resources and contacts to increase your confidence and facilitate informed decision making
Group Sessions (Sunday evenings in Corsham):
Learn Hypnobirthing in small groups of 2-4 couples
£295 per couple
Private 1-2-1 Sessions:
Learn Hypnobirthing in the comfort of your own home and have flexibility over dates and times
£400 per couple for evening or weekend courses
£325 per couple for weekday daytime courses
Online Courses:
If you aren’t local to me, I also offer private courses online. These are just as effective as face to face courses.
£325 for a private online course (price includes cost of shipping the learning materials to you)
Refresher Sessions for subsequent Hypnobirths:
If you have already used Hypnobirthing for a previous birth, and are pregnant again, I offer shorter Refresher Courses, both online and face to face, whether or not you did your original course with me. You can choose from 2 main options, depending on your needs, but please feel free to contact me if you would prefer something more bespoke.
Option 1 – £120 for a single session, lasting 3 hours
Option 2 – £160 for 2 sessions, usually one week apart, lasting 2 hours each

The Taster Sessions allow you to make an informed decision about signing up to a Hypnobirthing course with Sacha at The Corsham Practice, so you are confident you are investing your time and money wisely.
You can attend a Taster Session at any point in your pregnancy – the earlier the better really!
Sessions usually take place on a Thursday evening each month in Corsham and the next available date is Thursday, 25th June 2026 at 8pm.
